In effect since September 2, 2026; last updated October 16, 2026. Written in plain English on purpose: if anything here needs a lawyer to understand, it's badly written and I want to know.

Barrio Uno is a brand of Ontos Holdings LLC, a Florida company. The person who builds the pages and answers the email is Daniel Lugo.

That's a courtesy sample. I made it on my own initiative, nobody ordered it, and I sent it to you so you could see it. It costs you nothing and creates no obligation on your part.
noindex instruction so it won't show up in search or compete with
your real listing. From the State of Florida's public licensing registry, the filing a food business submits before opening. The name, address and phone are the ones your own business registered with the State. I did not buy your information and nobody sent it to me.
What the sample says about your kitchen, your style or your customers is something I wrote based on the registered name and business type. It's a proposal for how your business could be described, not a claim that this is how it is. If something is wrong, it's because I inferred it, not because anyone told me — and it gets corrected or taken down the same day.
Write to me and I delete it the same day. You don't need to explain anything, I won't ask why, and I won't write back to talk you out of it.
If you'd rather not write: ignoring it is fine too. I don't send a third message.

Then we talk, I tell you the price before you pay, and you decide. The price never changes after we agree on it.
No second invoice that year. Here's what they cover and what they don't:
| They do cover | Keeping the page published and working. Fixing any error of mine. One information update per quarter — hours, phone, menu, prices, photos. |
| They don't cover | Redesigns. New pages or sections. Online ordering, reservations, e-commerce or integrations with other services. None of that is included and all of it is quoted separately. |
Starting in month 13 there's a renewal, and I want you to know that today, not in month 12.
It's $29 a month, or $290 a year paid upfront — two months less than paying monthly. It covers the same as the first year: keeping the page live and working, fixing any mistake of mine, one information change per quarter, and renewing your domain.
I notify you in writing 30 days and 7 days before, and I don't charge you anything without your yes. If you don't want to renew, you don't — I hand over your files and your domain stays yours.
It's registered in your business's name and you own it. If tomorrow you want to take the page to someone else, you take it. I don't hold it, I don't lock it and I don't charge you to release it.
There are two ways, and you pick:
The page goes live the same day as the first payment. The second payment isn't charged automatically: a few days before, I send you the link to pay it, in writing. If it doesn't arrive on the date, I let you know in writing and you have 7 more days. If it still isn't paid by then, the page is paused until it's paid, and what you already paid isn't refunded. There are no automatic charges you haven't approved.

I want to be exact here, because this is where this business lies the most.
I do not promise sales, customers, phone calls, traffic, reservations, ranking first on Google, or any commercial result of any kind.
I don't promise them for a simple reason: I don't control what produces them. Your food, your location, your prices, your service, your reviews, your competition and what you do with the page are yours, not mine.
The only thing I guarantee is what actually depends on me: that the page is well made, with your information correct, published and working. If any of that fails because of me, I fix it at no charge.
If anything I write or say ever sounds like a promise of results, this section overrides it.
Five
If I publish something incorrect because you gave it to me that way, I correct it when you tell me — but that fact is your responsibility.

They get published here with their date. What you already bought is governed by the terms in effect the day you bought, not by the new ones.
I use your name, phone and email only to talk to you about this. I don't sell your information or give it to anyone to use for their own purposes. If you ask me to delete it, I delete it. Where your data comes from, which services it passes through and how to ask me to delete it is in the privacy policy.
If something goes wrong because of me, my liability reaches the amount you paid me. I'm not liable for indirect losses — sales that didn't happen, customers who didn't call, opportunities that didn't come.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is resolved in Miami-Dade County.
If a court invalidates any part, the rest stands.
