Privacy
of your data

In effect since September 22, 2026. What data I have, where it comes from, what I use it for, and how to ask me to delete it. No fine print.

One

Who's responsible

Barrio Uno is a brand of Ontos Holdings LLC, a Florida company. The person who builds the pages, answers the email and decides what happens with your data is Daniel Lugo.

For anything on this page, write to support@barriouno.com.

Two

What data I have and where it comes from

If you own a business I emailed or called

It comes from the State of Florida's public license records, the filing a food business submits before opening: the business name, the name of the person who filed, and the address, phone and email your business registered with the State. I didn't buy your information and nobody sent it to me.

If you email or call me

Your name, your email or phone, and whatever you tell me.

If you fill out the offer or a form on one of my pages

What you type stays on your own phone or computer until you tap the button. Then your email app opens with everything written, and it only reaches me if you send it. The page doesn't store it on any server.

If you buy from me

What I need to do the work —your hours, your menu, your photos, the email of the Google account that will own your listing— and the record of the payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or your bank, if you pay with Zelle: I never see or store your full card number.

If you just visit the site

I use Vercel's analytics; Vercel is where the site is hosted. They don't use cookies and they're anonymous: they count which pages are viewed, from what kind of device and browser, from what country or approximate city, and from which link the visit came. They don't tell me who you are.

Also, many of my pages load fonts from Google Fonts and sample photos from Unsplash. To deliver them to your screen, those services receive your device's internet address, as with any page that uses their files.

Three

What I use it for

If you tell me no

I won't email or call you again. To keep that promise I keep your name and contact on a do-not-contact list, and for nothing else.

I don't use your data to send you other people's ads, I don't build profiles to sell, and I don't use it for anything beyond this list.

Four

Who it's shared with

I don't sell your information or give it to anyone to use for their own purposes. To work I use these services, and your data passes through them only for that:

GoogleThe support@barriouno.com mailbox, and the fonts on some pages.
VercelWhere the site is hosted, and its anonymous analytics.
AnthropicArtificial intelligence tools I use for work.
Stripe and PayPalCard or PayPal payments, if you buy from me.
UnsplashThe sample photos on some pages.

People who work with me at Barrio Uno —for example, whoever makes the calls— see what they need for their job, and nothing more.

If an authority lawfully requires it, I would hand over what the law requires.

Five

How long I keep it

While we're in touch, or while I need it for what this page describes. If you told me no, I keep only your name and contact on the do-not-contact list. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Six

What you can ask me

Write to support@barriouno.com. You don't need to tell me why.

If you ask me to delete everything, I will, except two things: your name and contact on the do-not-contact list, because without it I can't keep my word, and the payment records the law requires me to keep.

Seven

Fine print, without the fine print

How I protect it

Your data lives in password-protected accounts, and only the people who work at Barrio Uno can get in. No system is perfect, but I don't leave your data anywhere public.

Minors

Barrio Uno works with business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18 and I don't knowingly collect data from minors.

If I change this page

Changes are published here, with their date.
